Genuine Diploma Mill Offering

We received this email offering diplomas by mail (actually, three of these within two days, to three different email accounts). Except for deleting the sender's address and telephone number, here is one of them. Someone can pay $200 and become a PhD in anything they want, with a transcript and impressive diploma to "prove it"!
